We had a great experience at Avanti in Frankfort! We were shopping for a new mattress, and Avanti was the only furniture shop in the area that carried the brand we were interested in. We were able to try out the mattresses. Jenny was very knowledgeable and able to answer all our questions. It turned out that the mattress we wanted was actually in stock right there at the store! We purchased it and took it home! The owner and his son got it loaded into our car for us. What an easy and stress-free experience it was! Avanti is a great family-owned business that really cares about their customers!!

Avanti furniture in Frankfurt is a wonderful family owned furniture company. They are friendly staff easy to work with excellent variety. We bought six custom chairs for an existing dining table and we were very happy with our purchase. We love our new sofa from Avanti! We spent about 6 weeks shopping around, oftentimes to the same stores more than once. After much consideration and research, we decided to go with Avanti. We preferred to go with a local, family-owned business that provides stellar customer service and doesn't ignore you once they receive your money. Tony was especially great to work with! 1st time dealing with Avanti and what a great experience and family. We have a home on Lake Wawasee in NE Indiana. They delivered for a fair price on a Natuzzi couch and 2 electric chairs. To Bill, RoseAnn, and the rest of the family and crew.. We want to Thank You for another great business experience as always, from the beginning to the end! You two built a small empire over the years and have so much to show for, including your grown children working with you guys now doing what they do best! Everyone including non-family seems to work with each other and not against each other like you would see at other establishments. Great Job! VERY few places of business treats the customers like you guys do! You guys always welcome us by name like we were family! We have known you from the Worth days in the late 80’s and followed you to Frankfort a number of times thereafter. Although we don’t get to your store that often (because we don’t need to, due to the quality of the furniture you sell), when we do get there we feel comfortable and not pressured! We are very pleased with the bedroom furniture we bought, always high quality! We had it 2 weeks now and love it! When we were not able to get a night stand in a size other than what came with the set we bought, you guys worked with us through a few other manufacturers until you made it happen! We are very happy with that piece, it turned out just like the others and the size that we needed, thanks to Pat and Bill! When the furniture arrived just before Christmas, you guys went above and beyond what would not be expected from other stores and stored the furniture for us until after the holidays! We also want to especially thank Pat for his patience with us during the weeks of our decision making, and Bill to fill in for Pat when he was busy or out! As far as delivery, it was second to none! Same guy as long as I can remember and his helper were very respectful of our home, they laid down moving pads from our front door and into our bedroom. I have worked with Avanti numerous times. I will ALWAYS choose Avanti over any of our local furniture stores. The difference is clear! This family owned business remembers me, my clients, and my children, every time! I walk in the door and am greeted like family! They are respectful of each other and work together to serve the customer. There is never a sense of competition between them, only teamwork. Even their delivery team says they're like HIS family! He doesn't want to retire! The products and communication are top notch. 10/10 recommend. I looked for a well made wood platform storage bed for past 6 years. I finally found one here and I cant be more happy with it. I looked at so many other stores and no one had what I wanted. Wonderful experience mattress shopping. They left us alone to try the mattresses, which was important as my husband and I both have back pain. We did not feel rushed, nor did we feel pressured. Very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. The staff were extremely friendly. Delivery was set up for 2 days later, which was surprisingly fast. Amazing!!! I just can’t say enough amazing words for this company. From the start of our experience the owner met us at the door, extremely knowledgeable. We ask him about the “Natuzzi” brand which he had several pieces on the showroom floor. We fell in love with a sectional 100% leather. We purchased the sectional and chair along with a light and pillows. It was delivered within a week. The delivery was exceptional and the 2 gentleman that delivered our new living area sectional, covered everything up including wrapping the door frame with blankets and covering the floor. All the boxes were opened up outside, they set everything up where we wanted it. They made sure everything worked and worked well. The whole process was amazing with “Avanti” Furniture. Great store to buy furniture. Quality of furniture is beautiful. Bought a Canadel table in 2020 and table top wood planks showing some separation. Called Avanti and sent pictures and stated the company will replace the table. Great experience. The delivery gentleman were the nicest I’ve ever dealt with. Avanti even got swivel barrel chairs my daughter wanted even though at the time they didn’t carry them. Needless to say, my daughter was so happy.

My experience from beginning (purchasing with Cory) to delivery (best guys EVER) was most definitely a 5 STAR experience! Everyone and I mean everyone is so very nice and genuine! The delivery of our furniture went seamless. The crew were friendly, worked swiftly, and mostly importantly were careful to not disturb other household items. For example, the crew hand to remove parts of a door to bring in the furniture. Once done, the door was fixed back to its original state. They also assembled the furniture and wired what needed to be wired. It was an absolutely wonderful experience-first rate, white glove service.

I just had my sectional sofa & ottoman delivered and I absolutely LOVE IT! The Avanti family is amazing to work with. We were recommended by cousin & had never heard of them. We ended up purchasing 11 kitchen counter stools (which I recived in May) and the sectional sofa. It was the SAME one we saw at the "you dream it, we build it" store, but it was nearly $4,000 LESS at Avanti. The delivery team of Augie and Cam were so nice and professional. Very helpful staff and a great selection of furniture. Staff is not on commission so they don't hover like vultures at the entrance or pressure sell. We enjoyed our experience. We were able to take home large fabric samples in order to make our decision on cover material. Thay also mailed us a smaller material sample of the pillow fabric we selected that allowed us to tie in other elements of the room to the color theme we wanted.

We ordered a media console from Avanti. We found it on Wayfair but after doing some research, Avanti's price was better and their customer service was outstanding. I will definitely return if I ever need any other furniture.

We had such a great experience buying a new bedroom set at Avanti Furniture! It was definitely a family friendly atmosphere and they went above and beyond our expectations. From finding an additional night stand… to holding the furniture until we were ready for it… to the delivery. It’s rare to have a positive experience from beginning to end. And the delivery guys were amazing!! Very friendly, personable and professional. They were very careful and conscientious. Really top notch. The only thing my husband didn’t like was that every delivery person is not like them! 😊

Quality made furniture to last for many years to come. The staff place no pressure on you to buy anything. Five stars is not enough. You can shop for furniture all over Chicagoland and never find the service you receive from Bill and RoseAnn. From the time you step into their showroom until the time you select your furnishings. there is no rushing you here. After looking at a number of furniture stores we went to Avanti’s at the recommendation of our Interior Designer. From the moment we walked into the store they could not have been more kind and helpful. Bill and Rosanne Gizzi and their family have created an amazing atmosphere at their store. They truly cared about us and what are needs were. It was a very different experience from the other stores we visited. The delivery professionals that brought our furniture to our home were just as kind and professional. Even questions I had after the sale were answered promptly. Unbelievable. I purchased the most beautiful sectional for such a great price. The guys that delivered from Avanti had to bring it up 4 flights of stairs and it was tricky. It took us quite a while and several trips to the store to choose the furniture that fit our needs. Pat always gave us his time and never applied any pressure on us to buy anything. He was quick with email responses to all our questions, going directly to the manufacturer if necessary to get the answer. The gentlemen who delivered our furniture were on time, courteous, and cautious with both our new furniture and our home. They answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with the furniture placement. Next time we are in need of furniture, Avanti will be the place we go!

I had a very fun ordering experience. I came in for a kitchen set and my eyes kept wandering around to the other beautiful furniture. You are treated like one of the Gizzi family, they do everything in their power to find the exact look you have in mind. I just received my new couch and dining room table from Avanti for my new house last Friday and I'm absolutely loving them. The experience was great as the Gizzi family walked us through all of the available options and understood my wife and my tastes as to not put anything in front of us that we wouldn't like. We were able to find what we wanted pretty quickly and put it on order. We had to time the delivery with closing on and moving into the new house and delivery was excellent. The team got the furniture in quickly, put it together, moved it/placed it to our liking, and were very helpful. Both the couch and table look great in our new place and fit our style and the house extremely well. I will definitely be recommending Avanti to anyone that will listen.

Avanti is the best. It is a family run business and they truly care about their customers. They make a point to remember your name. No high pressure, patience during decision making and friendly beyond compare. Also, their delivery personnel are so careful and respectful. Bill is old world/old school and so funny and his son and daughter have been taught well. His wife is always pleasant. Forget those big stores that sell cheap brands or IKEA trash. I wish I had a bigger home so I could purchase more from them!
