Find the bed comfortable. Had a problem with the mattress separating, Carol House came and checked it out and replaced the mattress. Very happy with the service.

Sleeping on this feels like a big cloud. It's firm but really soft. I sleep so well on this mattress. Also I do not get too hot, and fall asleep very fast. I do not toss and turn. This has been the best sleep I have had in years! I highly recommend this mattress!

This mattress is so comfortable. It is the perfect feel between soft and firm and I love it. I can feel the difference when I sleep as to how cool I am throughout the night. No more night sweats. It is made and stichted very well and sturdy.

Finally getting a great night's sleep. The pillow top makes this mattress the perfect amount of plush while still feeling supportive. Im a side sleeper so I typically will wake up with sore shoulders and hips. But I haven't woke up sore since sleeping on the CF4000 hybrid Mattress. It almost feels like this Mattress forms to my body. I am very impressed with how well made it is. From the Quilted top to the seams all around very durable. The mattress is very thick so it adds a little height to you bed.

I am absolutely blown away by the quality of this mattress! To begin with, it's super thick and extremely padded. The fabric feels extremely well made and is very durable. I've been sleeping on this mattress for about a month now and I've had the most wonderful sleep. I don't wake up as often in the night and I just feel in general much better rested.

I have had a few fractures and breaks to my back and when I got this mattress I could not wait to sleep on it...and when I did I was not disappointed!! the last couple weeks of sleeping on it has helped me wake up with a little less back pain, which I thought would never happen!

We got this mattress a few weeks ago. My husband and myself have had back surgery over the years. Since getting this mattress our quality of sleep has greatly improved. We both have noticed a lot less stiffness when we wake up in the morning and less tossing and turning at night. This mattress is so comfortable and unlike our previous mattress it doesn't get to hot like our old one did

This mattress is very deep. My sheets barely fit over the mattress. It is firmer than What I have had in the past but I have adjusted. It doesn't seem like I turn over as much as I used to. Very well made.

I've been enjoying my iComfort CF4000 Quilted Hybrid Medium Pillow Top mattress. It's been great for my back. My old mattress was too soft. This mattress has the perfect amount of firmness. It conforms to my body without sinking too deep. That helps to keep my back aligned while I sleep. This mattress also helps to keep me cool at night. This is beneficial when living with fans and no AC in Florida. The quality of this mattress is top notch. It's very nicely made and should last a long time. I would recommend this mattress to anyone who is looking for the perfect amount of medium firmness.

This Serta CF4000 medium pillow top is the best bed I've ever owned. The support is great, I don't sink into the bed but rather it cradles your body which is very comforting. This mattress is really thick so you don't need to use box springs, just a bed frame. The quality of this mattress is made to last for years to come. You will love this mattress just as much as I do!

This mattress has changed my sleep. Period.
From when I got this mattress, my sleep is deeper and I feel so much more rested in the morning!
The mattress has that perfect balance of support and comfort wrapped into one.
Every night it feels like I am going to sleep in a super-upscale hotel.
My back also feels oh so much better than it used to. Amazing!

Because mattress comfort varies so much from person to person, I won't talk about whether or not the mattress is comfortable. Like all mattresses, some people will love it while others will find it uncomfortable. So focusing on the facts, the mattress is a high end mattress in the icomfort series. This particular model is for people who like a supportive mattress that feels quite firm. I think it works well for back or side sleepers giving supportive pressure relief. If you are looking for a soft cloud like mattress, this probably isn't the model for you. One cool feature of this mattress is the cooling technology. Many people are "hot" sleepers and memory foam can tend to be on the hot side. This particular memory foam however, is made to absorb heat from your body, so you don't sweat while you're sleeping. It's quite a unique design I love! I also love the fact that the support goes all the way to the edge of the mattress, so you don't sink down if you sit or lay on the edge of the bed. Although the mattress doesn't come with any non-toxic certifications, I didn't notice much off-gassing. However, I still recommend airing it out for a few days before bringing it inside if possible.
Overall, I think this is a really comfortable, supportive mattress that will last many years!

I never knew how much of a difference a mattress could make in someone's life. I pace a lot at night. Sleep for a little while and wake up again. Never sleep a whole night. I laid on my bed and when I woke up I realized I had slept a whole night! I've been sleeping well since. First of all, the picture does this mattress no justice at all. It is definitely a pillow top. I'm posting pics so you can see what it really looks like. It's beautiful! When you lay on it you feel it kinda sink a little to the shape of your body. So comfortable. It's not too soft though. It just holds you. I wake up in the same position I fell asleep in. I'm in love with this mattress. It's tall so I'm searching for fitted sheets that will fit right but I bought these suspenders that hold the sheet to the mattress so you can definitely buy some until you find perfect sheets. This mattress is everything!

Both my husband and I found qualities about this mattress we both liked. My husband is a warm sleeper but with the Ultra Cold System he noticed how he was kept cool throughout the entire night. I felt the mattress was very comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud, and provided the overall support I needed. For not having the mattress very long we were very impressed with the results and feel that with a little more time the mattress will aclaimate to our bodies even more.
