Definitely took some time to adjust, and the lower back support is not perfect. However, I'm definitely waking up with fewer aches and pains than with my previous mattress.

This mattress arrived with the box in good condition. Inside the box, the mattress seemed to be shrink-wrapped with no damage to the shrink wrap. But inside, once I opened the mattress, it smelled terribly like mold or mildew. This mattress must have been exposed to mold and dampness before it went through the shrink wrapping process.
