Absolutely amazing! I gave this to my mom. Both me and her tested it out. My mother is older with a lot of health issues and is super sensitive to different mattresses. She needs a firmer mattress to support her body. This is absolutely perfect for her because she doesn't sink into the bed. It's thick and super comfortable and even has loops on the side to help move the mattress as well. She is also in the middle of menopause so the fact that it is cooling is absolutely perfect. She loved the mattress so much that she bought the serta frame that goes along with the mattress shortly after. She has never slept better and the size (queen) is perfect for her because it's so spacious. She came back from the hospital recently too so having this mattress was truly a miracle because it helped her recover in a comfortable manner.

My daughter needed a bed so I gave her this mattress. It's the right size. It's super soft and firm at the same time. Very comfortable. The details on the mattress are pretty.

Hands down the best sleep that I've gotten in YEARS. There might be bias in the fact that I've been having the same mattress for well over a decade, but this mattress was life changing. I feel as though there is an equal amount of support for my vertebrae well without any additional support. Sleeping on my back actually feels comfortable. The temperature is regulated only by the blankets on top (the temperature of the mattress never feels too warm or too cold). The installation was quick and respectful. I've recommend this mattress to all of my friends and family!

So my first impression of this mattress after the first few nights was that it was way too firm. After giving it two weeks of sleeping on it though I have gotten a lot more used to it and it's gotten a tiny bit softer from breaking it in. I would still say however that this is more of a firm than a medium in my opinion. I'd prefer a softer mattress but my husband likes a firmer one so this is perfect for him and he's had less back pain since we got this mattress. It's also very well made and of high quality so I'm sure it will last for many years!I have also noticed not getting as hot while sleeping and the only thing that changed was the mattress so the temperature regulation definitely works!

This mattress looks very comfortable in the pictures and it's even more comfortable in real life.
I get great rest on this mattress since It's neither overly soft nor uncomfortably firm-rather, it strikes a happy medium with a delightful texture that is somewhat plush but provides support. It's so delicious you don't want to get out of bed!
I have only slept on this mattress in the winter and it's been amazing, but I'm looking forward to seeing how it performs in the summer since it is made in such a way that it will stay cool when needed.
I can say that this is the most comfortable mattress I've had. I loved my last one, but this one helps me sleep even better. My body feels healthier when I get up, probably because this mattress provides better support.
I' was also very happy with the delivery service. I was able to select the date, track the delivery online, and receive text updates.

This is such a beautiful mattress!
I've been loving our new Serta mattress. While it's a medium firmness, it still provides enough cushion to ensure a comfortable sleep. It's a plush pillow top but it gives me support in places I need it. I love the pattern. I think it's pretty, I highly recommend this mattress. Most durable and great temperature control. I feel you will definitely get your value for your money.

I've been loving our new Serta mattress. While it's a medium firmness, it still provides enough cushion to ensure a comfortable sleep. My favorite benefit of the Perfect Sleeper Pro Kensington is the cooling/temperature control, I didn't feel hot once (I normally over heat at night). The only (minor) con is the height of the mattress, but I can adjust.
I truly believe this mattress will last for years and is worth the money. I recommend to anyone looking for a solid quality mattress.
